For the UN, G8: Climatic change, Carbon Bonds and Bonds of oxygen, Al Gore and others (Translate)

Great part of the humanity knows moderately clearly the serious consequences that is having and is going to have the climatic change. Someones think about carbon bonds, but it would be important to think about the world that’s left to the future generations and the responsibility that the governors have in this matter and the steps to take. A measurement that can be implemented quickly with low cost and positive effect in the problem, is to plant trees like permanent policy. I believe that it is necessary to introduce a permanent article in the Universal "Child’s Rights Declaration", and with obligatory character for all the countries subscribed, where they are committed in effective form to planting 10 trees by each boy who is born. This is I call "Bonds of Oxigen" for the next generations. "The life protects the life", in this case the life of the tree protects the life of the boy, real and symbolic, and without leaving of side the technical improvements. The human was the last specie appearing in this world, and not yet we have no other. As it’s obvious, the discussion takes time, hopefully it was brief, I believe that the modern families can take the particular initiative to planting trees as a gift to their children.
